Paula and Mike are the best people that I’ve ever rented a car from. I’ve been running from this car rental and I’ve been living their services. I’ve been running this car since the past three months and when I tell you that it’s easier than enterprise and way more affordable than any other rental company I’ve gotten service through. Definitely if you’re in the area where it was looking to rent a vehicle. Definitely do so at this location in South Hill Virginia. I enjoyed the staff at the office. Very nice and friendly. The prices are great. There was an issue with the system that prolonged the checkout process; the system crashed and I couldn't sign the final form and waited for an hour. While I wasn't too upset because I'm used to system crashes/issues, I suggest having some paper copies of the agreements to avoid having customers waiting for too long. My main concern is the deposit return; it took over 7 business days to get my money back. Other companies take 2-4 days to get your deposit back. Ride Rental needs to speed up the deposit return process as I did not expect to wait so long.

I had my car in the shop being repaired after hitting a deer. The insurance company tried to get a car for me with Enterprise. No luck! Took them a full 5 days to even have something available! Well three days into the repairs I call the shop and ask for my car asap as I have no way to get around. He drove to South Hill Ride Rentals and told the folks there about my situation. They called me and worked through my insurance company and had me in a car that day!!!! I received updates as they were working with my insurance company and the hassle they went through. I could not have been happier about working with these amazing folks!! I completely recommend using them for an car rental needs. You are not going to regret it! They bent over backwards to take care of me. 😁 The car I received was very nice and spacious. Thanks for your wonderful customer service!

My husband and I came here and Ride Rental was able to give us a rental car for our vacation on the spot after Enterprise had told us last minute they didn't have a car to give us for our reservation.
