They charge me a $125 for a cleaning fee saying they had to get pet hair out of the car no pets road in it it might have been one or two hairs that came off my clothes but nothing that would have cost $125 to get clean. Elizabeth “Liz” LewisElizabeth “Liz” Lewis ★☆☆☆☆ Yes, I went with my girlfriend Kelly Hutchens She needed to rent a car and one of the ladies there had a personal issue with either her or myself and using false pretenses saying that she needed to stop by office when we got there she said that she was behind on payment when in fact she was ahead on payment and then after that, they said the reason that they wanted the car back was because they saw me driving it Which was a lie because I was in Eden North Carolina at the time and then when I said that Christina said that someone had called and told her I was driving the car which I have a video of the manager saying she hadn’t heard that they are some of the sorriest people I ever dealt with. I wouldn’t rent a car from them if my life depended on it. Especially from Christina she is a person that looks for anything to complain about she really hates her life so she wants to do anything to make yours difficult and if she doesn’t receive her deposits, and the three days she was paid in advance, as she was promised that I have on video I will contact these people who made the same claims in there reviews about not getting their deposits, and the kind of treatment they was given I will make sure I have them summoned in a civil issue I will pay to file on her behalf and the worst thing of all they didn’t even tell her what she was supposed to come in for and she would’ve been stranded if not been for the snobbish attitude. The lady had over the phone, and she knew something wasn’t right, and called me and my mother to meet her down there. If not for that, she would’ve been stranded on the side of the road unable to go pick her daughter up from school. That’s what kind of people you’re dealing with at ride rental, especially Christina again who has severe issues that she needs to deal with before dealing with the public. And depending on what kind of response I get, I will post the video tapes of how clean the car was and the videos that I had dealing with these people when I was down there with my girlfriend, so try me. Just got the word they kept a $100 deposit and$138 paid ahead when we turned it in at there request. They're willing to work with you through any issue you happen to encounter except hitting a deer or getting into any accident in their vehicle. The only reason I didnt rate 5/5 is because,I just felt hopeless after having their vehicle for almost a month and a half, paying daily fees to weekly rates, always on time. But as soon as something happens in an accident They Cannot Put You In Another Rental which I think is unacceptable when you have the insurance to pay and have done everything correctly up until hitting a deer at 0400(again out of my control). It's deer season they're everywhere,....I just feel like y'all are a rental company for reasons as such, so I didn't understand or agree with their policy.
