Rented a car on the 18th for my father's Wake on the 19th & Funeral on the 20th. in Baltimore. Six hours away. When we got to Fredericksburg needed gas. Rode around for over an hour looking for Flex-Fuel 🙄 when to our surprise the car took regular. Called Samantha and she informed us it took 96😳. There is NO 96!! Then I started to receive texts from the office saying the car was 2 days late!! TF! HOW when we were traveling 386miles away!! Then Samantha wouldn't even come from the back when we returned the car PROMPTLY on Monday morning!! One of the WORST days of my life and had to deal with Bait and switch!! And had the nerve to charge us a cleaning fee as well as gas!! GTFOH!! NEVER AGAIN!! IF IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT'S NOT!! And kept my deposit!! Had the nerve to say, maybe I got the dates wrong 🤬😡 my father's funeral! Not in a million years!! I had a terrible experience with a vehicle a while back and called to report it and was told the owner would contact me about it and never happened. The window moldings kept popping off wile driving having to stop and pop them back on aswell as the bottom right spoiler kept doing the same. To me there should definitely be smoking and non smoking options. They charge me a $125 for a cleaning fee saying they had to get pet hair out of the car no pets road in it it might have been one or two hairs that came off my clothes but nothing that would have cost $125 to get clean.
